About the event
Following-up the August 19th youth-led webinar titled, Young Adult Voices on the Impact of COVID-19 on Youth Involved in the Juvenile Justice System, we are convening a second youth-led webinar focused on youth participation in and leadership of local movements for Black lives and new youth justice system reform and policy opportunities to push for in the post-George Floyd murder era. The 60-minute webinar will provide the opportunity to hear from four young leaders who will describe the local movements in which they have been involved in the wake of the murder of George Floyd and to outline their current work and the youth justice policy changes they are working to achieve.
